How do I choose the right provider?
The client selects the provider independently, based on the offer, communication, and mutually agreed terms.
How is payment handled?
All payments between the client and the provider are agreed upon and made directly. The platform does not mediate payments.
Does the platform guarantee that the work will be completed?
The platform provides only a technical environment. Responsibility for completing the work lies with the selected provider.
What should I do in case of a dispute with a provider?
All disputes are resolved directly between the client and the provider. The platform is not a party to the agreement and does not participate in dispute resolution.

Who is a provider on the fixy.ee platform?
A provider is a user who responds to job listings and performs work for clients.
How do I start using the platform?
Register, complete your profile, and choose a suitable subscription plan (currently free). After that, you can start responding to job listings.
Does the platform charge a commission on completed work?
No. The platform charges only for the subscription and does not take a commission from services provided.
How do I receive payment for completed work?
Payment is made directly by the client, according to the agreement between the parties.
Do I need to sign a contract with the client?
If necessary, both parties independently agree on the form of cooperation and legal terms.
Is the platform responsible for the client?
No. The platform is not responsible for clients' actions and does not guarantee payment or cooperation terms.
Can I refuse a job after responding?
Yes. You can decline at any time before agreeing on cooperation. Once cooperation is confirmed, please honour the agreement reached with the client.
