How to become a candidate and receive job offers?
Get work either by applying to listings or directly from employers
1. Register
Fill out the registration form and create your profile — this is your professional profile on the Fixy platform. Select relevant job categories to receive notifications about new opportunities. Add a short description about yourself, your availability, working conditions, and photos or examples of your previous work. A well-completed profile attracts more employers and job offers.
2. Choose jobs and submit offers
Monitor new job listings sent to your email. If you want to take on a job, send your offer to the employer — accept their terms or propose your own. If the employer likes your offer, they will contact you to discuss the job details.
3. Complete the job and get paid
When the employer selects you, they confirm this by assigning you as the candidate for the job (the job status changes to “in progress”). After the work is completed, payment and terms are agreed directly between the employer and the candidate — Fixy does not handle payments. High-quality work is your best promotion and the path to more job opportunities on Fixy.
4. Ask for feedback
Your reputation grows with every positive rating and review. Remind the employer to rate your work and leave feedback after the job is completed. The more positive reviews you have, the greater the trust — and the more job offers you’ll receive through Fixy!
