2. Write the job description
Give your job a clear title, choose a category, set the location, and define a suitable budget range. Add a deadline, required skills, a short description, and optionally images or files — the more detailed your post, the better the candidates you will attract.
3. Select the right candidate
Start receiving applications, compare budgets, descriptions, and previous ratings. When you find a suitable candidate, assign them to the job — a private chat will open where you can clarify details and agree on terms.
4. Leave a review
Once the work is completed, leave a short comment and rating — this helps reliable candidates get more opportunities and protects other employers from poor experiences. Payment is made directly to the candidate; Fixy does not intervene.
